The Node Neo client is proprietary software of ABSGrafx LLC (see License). It embeds a Morpheus / Lumerin proxy-router / network engine under the upstream MIT license at a pinned commit. Attribution here satisfies OSS obligations for that engine; it does not relicense the Node Neo client. Other Flutter / Go / platform dependencies ship with the Software under their own licenses.

Node Neo embeds a mobile/desktop-oriented build of the Morpheus consumer-node proxy-router / network engine (materials commonly associated with MorpheusAIs / Lumerin, including Morpheus-Lumerin-Node and related proxy-router packages).

The Morpheus protocol / network may be described as an open-source decentralized AI network. The Node Neo client UI and ABSGrafx-authored application code are proprietary. Attribution here does not relicense the client.

Flutter, Go, and platform libraries.
Additional Flutter / Dart packages (pubspec.lock), Go modules (go/go.sum), and native platform frameworks ship with the Software under their own licenses.
A complete machine-assisted inventory with exact copyright lines for every transitive dependency is generated from lockfiles and upstream LICENSE / NOTICE files for notices-complete release cuts and ships with the Software. Until that inventory is published here in full, those components remain attributed via the packages’ own license files bundled in the app distribution.
