Node Neo is built on an embedded Go module (the `proxy-router/mobile` SDK
from the upstream Morpheus consumer-node project) called via FFI inside a
Flutter UI. There is no Node Neo-operated server in the consumer path:
wallet, chain RPC (Base, chain ID 8453), model browsing, session
open/close, and prompt streaming all run inside the user's app. A session
locks a small amount of MOR as stake (a "right to use"); unused stake
returns when the session closes. The same MOR funds chat after chat.

Privacy posture: the app collects nothing — no analytics, no telemetry, no
servers that receive app data. Read the policy before relying on this.
